Test
Well, I didn't take the test today, but I do have really bad test anxiety. I try my best to study for a test but I get so sidetracked or nervous, I try not to think about. On the day of the test, I usually get really nervous and I start biting my nails and my leg starts twitching. The night before the test I have a hard time sleeping, and I end up going to bed like at three in the morning. Test anxiety is basically defined as you know the material but isn't able to show your teacher/professor the material that you know. Minnesota State University has the article online that you give you tips to overcome and understand test anxiety, (here is the website https://www.mnsu.edu/counseling/students/tanxiety.html). I got test anxiety starting my middle school year, because of my parents grilling my butt about passing my classes and getting straight A's. When high school came I knew it was time to overcome my anxiety, but I never did, I so nervous cause I would always tell myself that I would never pass. I always had a negative thought about it, and I would always rush through it because I just wanted it out of my sight. But at the end of the day, I would pass that test and I would realize that I was stressing over nothing.
